Who We Are

OMG MISSION: It is the OMG mission to provide high quality, on site, ancillary and support services to our clients, in order to allow them to focus on their core competencies. These services are to be provided at a cost that is competitive and at a price that yields a profitable incentive to continuously expand our company.

Onsite Management Group was established in 1992 as a professional services firm specializing in the management of Corporate Digital Mail Centers and Copy Center Management, Scanning and Imaging, Supplies Management, Switchboard and Reception Area Operation, and other support services. This Louisville based mail center management firm began with two accounts in Louisville, and our client base has grown to over twenty-three accounts in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Vermont, and consulting across the United States.

What differentiates OMG from our competitors is the fact that, even though we are growing rapidly, we make sure all of our clients have real-time access to all levels of Management and Executive Teams. Year-upon-year we continue to provide substantial cost savings to our clients. In addition, all cost savings realized for the client goes directly back to the client. For all new accounts, OMG offers a software based transition plan taking into consideration all aspects of our client’s business and culture. We provide professional industry knowledge and on-site one-on-one consulting recommendations. Our invoice and billing structure is simple and detailed to each location or department.

We take pride in our “Client Review Binders” and include complete quarterly reviews with volume reports at no charge. We have mastered the art of “flexibility”; therefore, our clients find a great deal of flexibility in our staff and our procedures. Our staff training and on-going career path and skill-set development is a priority with each one of our team members. We are not a cookie cutter solution for our clients, our programs and workflow is customized to meet the client’s needs. OMG works together with our clients to achieve active and ever-improving Service Level Agreements. OMG’s approach to our site management is hands-on, offering direct access to all levels of management.

OMG, LLC has been recognized locally and nationally as a finalist in Ernst & Young’s annual Entrepreneur of the Year program and has been recognized by INC. Magazine as an Inner City 100 finalist for three consecutive years. Also, Louisville’s Business First acknowledged OMG, LLC as one of its Fastest Growing Companies between the period of 2000 and 2003.

 
Personnel

OMG's Service Center personnel are experienced in a variety of digital mail management and document processing services. All Service Center personnel are cross-trained on all services provided by OMG. We can interview all of your company's interested Service Center personnel for consideration for employment with OMG.

All OMG personnel are bonded and adhere to policies and procedures as described in the OMG Team Member Handbook. Employees are required to take and pass a drug test prior to employment. OMG also requires employees to provide a background check in cooperation with the city and local police departments. Finally, all employees sign a confidentiality agreement to secure the privacy and trade secrets of our clients.

Mr. Jett joined OMG in 1999, after spending nine years as a corporate services manager for a Fortune 100 insurance company where he was responsible for over $3 million in cash reduction and Post Processing Automation. Deron has continued his success at OMG by developing Operations, Human Resources, OMG Document and Imaging Services and most recently, Sales and Marketing. He works daily to maximize relationships between OMG, customers, vendors and employees. Deron has succeeded in streamlining OMG Operations and developing the tools necessary to provide value-added service to all OMG customers. New methods of tracking and reporting have made it possible to provide customers with custom-designed data, processes, improvements, suggestions and dollar savings. Customer savings have totaled well over $5.5 million in less than 4 years time. Deron managed the development of the Touch Point process review, combining software and workflow information to constantly evaluate and improve the efficiency of the services provided to OMG's customers. Deron is driven by client needs and 100% customer satisfaction. He initiated the OMG Secure Customer Index survey to evaluate and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. OMG customer retention under Deron's management is at 100%. Overall OMG company administration and productivity has benefited from Deron's business plan and goal-setting processes. Detailed project plans empower managers and employees and provide them with a roadmap to success. OMG team member morale and loyalty is at an all-time high as a result of Deron's commitment to the development of each team member and his interest in their ideas. It is because of this enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to excellence and customer service that OMG has experienced its 9 most successful consecutive years in company history.

Currently, Mr. Jett oversees all planning and implementation stages of new contracts and continuous streamlining of the work flow process for OMG in all four markets in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Vermont. The consulting arm of OMG has expanded to areas across the United States.

 

p_missy_miller.jpgSenior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer - Missy Thacker, CPA
Mrs. Thacker has over thirteen years of public accounting and industry financial experience. Missy is responsible for all financial matters of the company, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, projections, tax preparations, contracts, proposal pricing, and other services assuring the financial health of the company and its operations. She works closely with OMG employees, managers, customers and vendors to ensure the optimal performance of these relationships. Since Missy has been with the company, OMG has seen improved collection time on accounts receivable, non-current accounts payable and other liabilities have fallen to near-zero balances, and cash flows have improved significantly. OMG has also experienced profitability growth of over 500% and growth in return on assets and equity of 50%. Missy has also been responsible for the development of internal tools used by OMG to accumulate, measure, analyze and assist the flow of information between OMG team members and external sources. Her financial expertise and insight allows the company to make informed decisions regarding both the current and future operations of OMG. Missy is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BA degree from Transylvania University in Business Administration. She is a committee member at the Kentucky Society of CPA's and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mrs. Mathys has thirteen years of Human Resource and Business Management experience. Her background includes high volume and specialty recruiting, policy and procedure development in both manufacturing and corporate environments. Donna develops and maintains all aspects of employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, employment equity programs and corporate administrative services. Her OMG career achievements include development of a comprehensive training program designed to create a continuous learning environment, elevate employee skill levels required for client contract obligations, and to populate client sites. More than half of OMG leaders and team members have industry certifications. Donna and her team act as a force for change adding value to organizational processes. Partnering with OMG hiring mangers, Donna has implemented programs that significantly reduced turnover and improved productivity through skill and aptitude testing, behavioral interviewing and consistent hiring and employment practices. The OMG HR team utilizes various tools, methods of management and communications in order to identify potential problem areas to ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations. Donna has been commended by legal counsel for consistent practices and solid judgment when providing guidance with employee concerns. Donna is an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development.

 

 

 
Implementation Team

Operations Manager, David Westover -- Mr. Westover has over 12 years of Operations Management experience. Prior to joining OMG Mr. Westover worked as an Operations Manager for one of the “Big 4” accounting firms overseeing locations in three states and later as a Project Manager with a national scope.  Mr. Westover will be responsible for coaching and supporting Managers and their teams in Mail Processing and Service Center environments at locations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Vermont.

Account Executive (Ohio & Kentucky) - John Kidwell, Account Executive  -- Mr. Kidwell has over eleven years of sales and marketing experience. John has most recently joined the OMG team after spending the majority of his career with a well known profit maximization consulting firm. John prides himself on 100% customer satisfaction and believes it is worth going the extra mile to solidify business partnerships.

General Manager OMG Document & Imaging Service Center- Todd Richards -- Mr. Richards manages the Document & Imaging Service Center located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Service Center serves over 300 clients in the Louisville area ranging from law firms, corporations, local government, and the healthcare industry. The Service Center functions include: legal copies, digital printing, imaging, color copies, oversize printing, business cards, and CD-DVD&VHS video duplication. Todd brings over 16 years experience in copy and print center management to OMG, as well as extensive training in customer service, document management and mail center management. Mr. Richards is a member of the Louisville Postal Customer Council and has recently acquired membership for OMG with the Louisville Association of Paralegals.
