Operations Manager, David Westover -- Mr. Westover has over 12 years of Operations Management experience. Prior to joining OMG Mr. Westover worked as an Operations Manager for one of the “Big 4” accounting firms overseeing locations in three states and later as a Project Manager with a national scope.  Mr. Westover will be responsible for coaching and supporting Managers and their teams in Mail Processing and Service Center environments at locations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Vermont.

Account Executive (Ohio & Kentucky) - John Kidwell, Account Executive  -- Mr. Kidwell has over eleven years of sales and marketing experience. John has most recently joined the OMG team after spending the majority of his career with a well known profit maximization consulting firm. John prides himself on 100% customer satisfaction and believes it is worth going the extra mile to solidify business partnerships.

General Manager OMG Document & Imaging Service Center- Todd Richards -- Mr. Richards manages the Document & Imaging Service Center located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Service Center serves over 300 clients in the Louisville area ranging from law firms, corporations, local government, and the healthcare industry. The Service Center functions include: legal copies, digital printing, imaging, color copies, oversize printing, business cards, and CD-DVD&VHS video duplication. Todd brings over 16 years experience in copy and print center management to OMG, as well as extensive training in customer service, document management and mail center management. Mr. Richards is a member of the Louisville Postal Customer Council and has recently acquired membership for OMG with the Louisville Association of Paralegals.
