Daily Record

OMGDS Daily Record is a generic log for couriers who need to keep track of their courier deliveries. The Daily Record helps you to stay organized! You will be able to log your daily route locations, time allowances between routes, pick-up and delivery times and basic contact information.

Please fill out the brief form below. Your request will be received by our Copy Center Manager and you will be contacted via email and or phone call. Your product(s) of choice can either be picked up at our Louisville, KY copy center location or will be shipped to you.

To print the DAILY RECORD, Click on the above image Once the PDF document opens Go to File (left top corner) and Click print Under “Page Scaling”, click the drop down option and choose “Tile Large Pages”. Click OK
